In 1905, the Medea brand was born in Brianza, Lombardia, northern Italy, and it has been developed into a well-known time-honored Italian company by virtue of the outstanding quality of furniture manufacturing in the region.

Starting with the British style as the first choice, Medea spent years in exploration, and finally determined a style which is still followed by master craftsmen today — the modern art style. As it features high quality, pure handmade creation, not being limited to one type, and   absorbing advantages of different sides, this style has been popular throughout the continent of Europe since the 20th century. Medea reproduced the classic works of artists from the end of the 19th century, and the company had worked with a number of masters of design in the field of architecture, such as C.Zen, the initiator of the new Italian art movement, and E.basile.
